What Makes Attorney Danny Leavitt Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?
Danny Leavitt is an associate attorney at Salerno & Leavitt. Danny assists in all stages of civil litigation and appellate litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University.
He earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2014 with a Certificate in Litigation. While in law school, he served as a summer law clerk at the Second District Court of Utah.
Danny participated as an editorial member and published author of the Creighton International & Comparative Law Journal. He also participated in the AAJ trial competition, as well as ABA Arbitration and ABA Negotiation competitions. He earned the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Appellate Advocacy.
Upon graduating from law school, Danny was officially inducted into the Order of the Barristers, as well as becoming a recipient of the Honorable Lyle E. Strom Scholar in Trial Advocacy. He currently serves as a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and a board member for the Nebraska Appellate Law Section. Beyond serving his clients, Danny enjoys speaking and writing about all stages of litigation.
